本产品先解决"同小区内按时借用"的需求，用一个微信小程序承载发布、预约、押金与归还确认四件事。第一版只做单个小区，不做跨区物流。

非功能需求
首屏在 4G 网络下 2 秒内可见；押金相关请求必须幂等；住户手机号与门牌号在列表页不展示，仅在确认交接时对当事双方可见。
